U8 Head Coach Lee Wayland

U8’s Head Coach, Responsible for the weekly management of age group communication for training and festivals.

Role requires corresponding to parents regarding fixtures using Teamer and weekly emailing of age related news. WhatsApp used for weekend comms to confirm coaches availability and discuss training ideas.

Setting up U8’s training area, organising coaches to run drills and encouraging Rugby through learning through games.

Volunteer Role: Marketing and Communications Manager

Also responsible for the redevelopment of the new www.eaglesrugby.club website, training staff to use the new system and developing the club communication infrastructure.
